General Information
This DirectShow filter is for displaying a frequency Histogram graph of the colour channels in a video frame. It overlays the colour channel information onto the output frame so you can see that is happening in real time.

At the moment this filter will only accept RGB24 colour input, if you try to connect anything else you will get a colour transform filter added automatically, this could cause some problems so for now just change the colour format to RGB24 and set up your input source then change to YUY2 to do your capture.

Properties Page
The filter properties page allow you to alter the way the colours are displayed on the output.

You can select what colour channel to analyze, or to analyze luminosity instead, there is a graph scale as well to allow you to amplify the vertical axis to better see fine details.
